Do I get an exact quote for design services?
No, but we get very close. Clients will often decide they want more
information or less information on their sites or other changes may occur.
We will, however, be able to give you what each component will cost and if
you choose options that would increase your total cost, we'll inform you of
that at the time.
Can you come to my place of business?
Yes, we typically will schedule an appointment to not only meet with you
to discuss your needs, but also to get a "feel" for your
business. It's all a part of our standard customer service. (Travel
expenses outside the San Antonio Metro area will apply)
How long will it take to get my site up?
This depends on several factors. We can usually get a site up in less than
10 days from the time we receive the information from the client. The most
common bottleneck is getting the text written for one of the pages.
Do you write the text for my site?
Yes and No, we prefer to have a base to start from and will gladly
assist in developing a professional message. And. We are able to sub-contract
this work out should you need those services.
Do I get email with my domain hosting?
Yes, you can have yourname@yourdomain.com and similar email accounts for
your employees and partners.
